3. PROJECT PROPOSAL
The information agency MEDIUM-ORIENT comes to NED with a new proposal and is asking to support its project «Caucasus Times in Depth» for the period from 1 February 2008 to 31 January 2008.
Unlike the previous similar project, which was supported by NED in 2007, in its new budget planned for 2008 Caucasus Times is going to increase number of its publications from 96 to 180 during the year and to increase remunerations for its contributors. Those measures are explained by growing demand for our information and analytical products throughout Russia and abroad and by decreasing dollar exchange rate both in Europe and in Russia.
